    The Stu/dio is a new innovation in product development on campus brings methods for developing student-powered projects across multiple semesters. The focus is on consistent and cohesive development in support of research, learning methods, and entertainment projects. This student-driven initiative brings process to the combination of high-end student skills and the creative direction provided by the Professors on campus. The Stu/dio supports multiple projects concurrently in support of research, learning methods, and entertainment projects.

    Serious Games - Learning through Play

    Games are a wonderful way of fostering learning through intrinsic motivation. Serious Games embed learning into the games that students are already playing. While some are aware of games that teach coding and STEM, this talk explores games that further the understanding of history, language, culture, and the ways that entertainment games integrate serious content, promoting a lifetime of learning.
