This workshop will equip faculty with tools to design inclusive college courses that enhance student engagement, belonging, and success. Participants will learn to identify and mitigate learning barriers, develop inclusive teaching strategies and policies, and employ engaging teaching methods. The workshop emphasizes the importance of understanding students' wealth and needs to design an engaging and supportive course. Inclusive courses improve academic outcomes and retention rates, creating a more equitable and supportive educational environment.
