AI does what?

This hands-on beginners’ workshop will introduce participants to image (still and moving) generating AIs. We will explore their features and capabilities and apply them in higher education settings.

During the workshop you will:
* Use Adobe Firefly, the campus image generating AI tool, to generate images.
* Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to create high-quality AI-generated images (image generation with AI requires more refinement in prompt crafting than pure text generation).
* Design AI-generated visual teaching aids to support teaching and learning needs.

This is a hybrid workshop. It will be held in Armory 172 - Innovation Studio. The zoom link will be emailed before the event. Please bring your laptop to the workshop - official Illinois tools will be workshopped prominently.
